The house is arranged over three floors: ground floor comprises the kitchen and shower room; first floor boasts the salon and the second floor consists of the double bedroom with second W.C. There are two private terrasses.

The house comprises the main family home and four self contained holiday homes. There is a heated swimming pool, children's adventure playground, tree house, play pond, large stone BBQ and many terraces. The owner lives on site. The house has a 30m long shaded south facing stone terrace with incredible views towards the Pyrenees.

The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 23 June to 13 September.

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
