Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Very close to weizmann Institute (10 minutes by walking) and train station (13 minutes by walking).
