I had an AMAZING 3 month stay at this beautiful cottage in Founders Grove. The home came equipped with everything I would need for my stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable to grocery stores and downtown. The hosts were responsive to messages. They kindly checked on me during inclement weather like snow and tornado warnings. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Definitely a great value.

Erin is a great host, and the home is charming. Would recommend this spot to anyone traveling through the area.

As soon as we stepped through the door, we felt right at home. We enjoyed the swing and sitting on the front porch. The surrounding neighborhood was fun to walk through with many historical, unique homes. The kitchen was fully stocked and every room was spotless. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for us to stay.

Place was even better than described. Felt like coming home. Brianna made sure that everything was taken care of. Best we’ve ever dealt with. Can’t wait to come back

We've stayed at Morgans place several times while we're working in the Bloomington area! This is a fun house in a good, central location.

This space was SO wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. Tabitha was very responsive and flexible. Her space is so beautifully decorated. And the coffee shop in town was EXCELLENT! Can't wait to stay again.

This was my second stay at this Airbnb. Just walking in the door, I felt as if I were home. The environment has a very "Homie" feel; I could relax completely without anything out of order. Thank you, Mark and Michelle, for another outstanding rest stop! You are a true blessing!

We stayed at the guesthouse as an overnight pitstop on a long road trip. The host was super helpful and responsive, we felt safe as a young family in the neighborhood, it wasn't too far off the interstate, and check in was SUPER easy! The place was clean and there was plenty of room to set up our pack and play. We would stay again!

We met here for a "mom's overnight" and loved the location. There are a few wineries close by, restaurant options, and a local coffee shop! The building and airbnb itself was one of the coolest we've stayed in, of all times! I would absolutely stay again!

Donna was an amazing host! I booked with her a year ahead for graduation of my daughter from IWU. The house was adorable and stocked with more than I could ever have expected! She was very responsive to all of my questions and it was just a pleasure to stay in her beautiful space! Highly recommend this house and also Donna as amazing !

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed for my dog and me. It was a work trip for several days and we both felt very comfortable right away. With having a dog, it was great that they had a backyard area as well. Spacious, clean, cozy. I hope this place is available the next time I have to travel to this area for work.

The place was amazing and Mark and Michelle were very easy to work with. If you like music and the ability to walk to a downtown scene, this is the place for you.

This is the 2nd time we have rented the whole house. This for us is an Easter getaway where we do not leave the house and just play games with our kids, watch movies, eat together and just spend good time. This house is perfect for all of that. The hot tub is great, though the time limits are hard to work around as it would be nice to start earlier than 10 as it was great for my sore back and not going after 10 sometimes ruined some of our relaxation but not a deal breaker. The media room in the basement is one of our favorite areas. We bring our own Wii and hook it up and it is great playing the games on the large tv. We also hook up a laptop or sign into one of our streaming accounts to watch movies. Air hockey was great. The bumper pool table needs work, it appears most of the bumpers are missing the nuts that attach them to the table so they did not work well. it was also way out of level. So we kind of fixed that. Kitchen is nice and the bedrooms are great.

Great space! We stayed for a family weekend and couldn’t have asked for a more fun experience! Very family friendly. The house, yard, and game room were all extremely clean and well organized. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend booking for your next trip.

As frequent travelers, we have encountered more than our fair share of subpar rental quality. However, this experience was entirely different. The owners’ care for providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of the property. We eagerly anticipate future visits and highly recommend this rental to others seeking a memorable stay.

The home was beautiful! I had my son’s birthday at this location. Andy and Marie were very nice. They even came by to bring Easter baskets and gifts for the kids, my brother and I. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! There was so much to do inside the home and in the backyard. Andy and Marie communicated very well even at late night hours.

We had a lovely stay in Bloomington to celebrate our parents' anniversary. Kristin's place was large enough to accompany our larger multi-family group, but had smaller seating areas (both indoors and outside) so guests could reconnect in more intimate conversations. The basement provides TONS of entertainment--the children described it as EPIC!
