This Airbnb is very cozy, spectacularly clean and decorated so nicely! The beds are super comfortable, the shower pressure is perfect and the owners have put a lot of thought and care into this home. I will say, as others have noted that the house is on a corner at a stoplight where there is quite a bit of traffic so road noise is noticeable but not bothersome. There is a sound machine available if that bothers you. We used this Airbnb as a cozy spot for a visit to ISU, and it was convenient to everything. 10/10, great hosts and cozy Airbnb!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb. Just walking in the door, I felt as if I were home. The environment has a very "Homie" feel; I could relax completely without anything out of order. Thank you, Mark and Michelle, for another outstanding rest stop! You are a true blessing!

This place was very welcoming and felt right at home! Hosts were very good at communication and helping with any questions! Overall location was very pleasant and the town felt very safe and welcoming! Beverages in fridge along with desserts upon arrival was a very wonderful touch! Grocery store within walking distance and plenty of parking right out front! Couldn’t have been happier with our stay and look forward to staying again soon!

Cozy Studio Near Downtown

Excellent few nights. Clean, perfect location, great host. The studio was exactly as advertised, comfortable bed, and no clutter. Access was easy with a private entrance. The stairs were quite, and I was out late a few nights so coming in late I was confident I was not bothering the neighbors. The location is perfect less than a mile there were great coffee houses in the morning, restaurants for dining and bars for night life. Next time I am in town I hope this facility is available. All this is wrapped with a great proactive host that communicated and anticipated all my needs.

Very nice apartment. It was clean and nicely furnished. Apartment was a bit hard to find upon arrival because there are many apartment doors that we did not know which one it was. Once we found it, we enjoyed our stay alot.

Nice and freshly renovated apartment in a historic house. Private parking lots behind the house. Fully equipped kitchen and large TV with fast internet. Comfortable bed with foam memory mattress. A/C in bedroom and living room. Heating in every room. Super-clean and REALLY fresh renovated! Host was also responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back and recommend it.

We stayed here for the weekend. Check in and check out were easy. The place was clean and cozy. The cookies with the personalized letter with instructions were a nice touch! This location was so close to all the restaurants and places were wanted to spend our time. It was a great location! We would stay here again!
