Kim was very responsive and a great host. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay! I stayed long-term (about a month) for an internship in the area and the house helped and all its amenities made that an easy transition. Location was great for getting around Sweetwater and the surrounding areas. DeWayne was also a great host, very helpful and proactive with tips, instructions, etc. Only complaint is that the house is on a relatively busy road and you can hear some traffic from inside but I got used to it quickly!

Sunrise Escape is such a cozy and homey little getaway! It's comfortable, with the perfect touch of lived-in in while located close to work at the TVA plant. I come back every year and will continue to do so as long as Jennylynn has me! Thank you, Jenny for providing me such a great place to come home to after a long day of work!

The house was extremely clean and organized. The host left the interior and exterior lights for me, knowing I was coming in late with my children. The house had everything listed in the description. Plus, there was plenty of towels, linens and amenities for each bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked too. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

If you’re looking for a historic homely feeling… this is it. Our family enjoy this home. There was plenty of room for sleeping. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The host and her husband were very polite & made sure we were comfortable. I really like that there wasn’t anything they have not thought about to make your stay a home away from home. A peaceful and private setting, away from the city. Enjoy the starry nights out in the country, with the Hiwassee river flowing a few steps away from the back deck. Cell service is spotty, but the internet is not as slow as expected for a remote location. Spotless and comfortable kitchen, large coffee maker with a Keurig as a backup/single service.

Super cute home! Robbie was very nice and responded very fast, the house had everything we needed for the week we stayed. The house was very clean as well. Will definitely stay there again if we come to the area!

Several family members gathered for a girls weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out, relax and cook meals. Well laid out home in a beautiful location.

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic centrally located space for visiting downtown Harriman. Comfortable amenities and a quiet spot to rest. Nearby restaurants and coffee were walkable and there was plenty of free street parking as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

we really enjoyed our weekend away!! the lake was beautiful and we loved taking the kayaks out to fish and see more of the nature. it was so lovely to sit on the water in the hammock swings and read, we spent most of our time there. we caught a few catfish off the dock which was very exciting. the owners were lovely and friendly and ginger (their dog) was the nicest AirBnB host i’ve ever had :) will definitely be booking again in the future.

We loved to stay here, it is so peaceful, the furniture and the decorations are beautiful and the beds are really comfy. The porch at the river is outstanding to sit there and to enjoy the sunset. Wally Hindman replied always fast and I recommend the place highly and we will definitely come back.

Cynthia’s home was perfect for our overnight stay on our way to Tybee Island! My husband appreciated the delicious muffins that were left for a breakfast treat!

Would definitely come back for another stay here. Susan was extremely accommodating and provided us with snack and drinks upon arrival. Gorgeous neighborhood and view from the back porch of the lake. Super clean and comfortable space.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

We had a great 2 week stay! The place was updated and renovated right before we got there which was a nice surprise!:) There were a few mishaps in the beginning of the trip but Christian and the Property Manager, Sharon, were so great to respond and were very accommodating! We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay while traveling for work! Absolutely loved the change in weather! Could not get over how beautiful the leaves were! Very peaceful and quiet place to stay! Highly recommend to go during fall! And a lot of hiking places near by!

This is a great location to stay in Farragut, TN. It’s close to everything that we wanted to do and the place had plenty of room for me, my wife, and our best friends. Overall, it was a great experience and Nicholas and Joy answered all of our questions quickly and gave us great recommendations. It was a fun first trip to the Knoxville area. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved the apartment and everything in it! The beds were so comfortable as well!

Ericka’s place was wonderfully decorated/renovated and extremely clean. She was very responsive to my initial questions as we booked just a few days before staying. Additionally, she went above and beyond to acquire a pack and play for the space based on my question related to this as we were traveling with an infant. We would definitely stay at Ericka’s place again when visiting friends in Knoxville!

I gave 5 stars all the way. Definitely worth the money, clean, private location, beautiful scenery, and a excellent host. Everything i was expecting and more. If you're looking for a beautiful place to enjoy nature and relax, you found it💯
