B&B 'in het Land van Kalk'. Het buitenleven voelen

Gerenoveerd boerenhuis met schuur anno 1901, stond vroeger bekend als de ''Kleine Pastory''. De naam van de B&B “in het Land van Kalk” verwijst naar de diverse kalkovens in de buurt. Een oude Kundersteen groeve uit vervlogen tijden, ligt 200 meter van onze B&B. Voerendaal is de poort van het Limburgse heuvelland. De wandelingen zijn prachtig. Voor fietsers zijn de routes een Walhalla. De Amstel Gold Race en Limburgs Mooiste zijn een van de bekendste wielerrondes die langs onze achtertuin komen.

Vakantiestudio Welpdal ligt gelegen in het mooie Limburgse heuvelland. In een voormalige stal hebben wij een studio gerealiseerd met woon/slaapruimte, keuken met combi-oven, inductie kookplaat, ijskast met vriesvakje, alle benodigde keuken materialen en een badkamer met toilet, regen douche en badmeubel. Op 10 minuten van Valkenburg en Gulpen en 15 minuten van Maastricht ligt deze studio toch vrij centraal maar wel rustig gelegen. Vanuit de studio zijn heerlijke wandel en fietsroutes te bereiken

Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). Bij studio Tweij & Vitsig verblijf je in een gedeelte van een zeer karakteristiek herenhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang die te bereiken is via 3 trapjes. Via de hal loop je de studio binnen. De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
