Excellent accommodation, area, and so on. We had some inconveniences with the batteries of the MiniSplit but I solve it, quickly. The keys to the cleaning products were not visible but, they were told h quickly where it could be found, the purified water extractor apparatus had no charge, we did not find cable like being able to charge it, it was not in sight. But those small inconvenience were the only ones. that I think can be improved, leave things in sight and add those directions where they can be found. But that's all was perfect. Always very attentive, I take a filter for the sapphire that wasn't there, and I give us a bar chocolate and some delicious gallegas that enchant us. We were more than happy with the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. Host Ruth Marnez went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access through Lomas de Sol and Lomas del Mar. There is a restaurant very close "La Parroquia de Veracruz" and there is an Oxxo close to the beach in the same residential complex. Also, "Mandinga" is close as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Marnez's Place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

I have traveled to Veracruz and it is certainly the best place I have ever stayed, very quiet area with access controls. Condominium with common areas such as pool, gym, living rooms and the apartment, with a spectacular view, Luis is very attentive to our requests. I highly recommend this place, well distributed, air conditioning in full operation, very comfortable bedrooms, the ad marks 3 beds in secondary room although they really are 2 (the space can be adapted and the third mattress can be placed functionally like another bed), bathrooms and showers in good condition, pet friendly only preferably small pets (it was my case)

Comfortable and modern apartment with an excellent location. Actually the apartment is bigger than what you see in the photos. it is a very quiet area with a nice view, 100% recommended because it is close to the beach area, in addition to having a pool and everything you need to have a more than comfortable stay

An amazing weekend, the apartment is super comfortable and with a view of a super cute landscape. It's just like the photos, unfortunately due to the weather conditions at the weekend we couldn't enjoy the pool but everything was super good.

The apartment is in a very good location, there is privacy and it is a quiet area. On our arrival everything was perfectly clean, with all the needs covered by cleaning, kitchen, rest, the fact of having a washing machine and dryer on hand helps a lot since we were going to a sporting event, which is greatly appreciated. The pool is a good distraction for children without leaving the building. Everything is close to the building, restaurants, shopping, shopping, etc. The host Ma. Isabela was kind all the time and looking out for us from booking, arrival, stay and departure always very kind. I would definitely book with her again. I would 100% recommend

we spent a few days in the incredible Úrsula depto... the beds and very rich pillows to sleep deeply... the depto has everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. the depto is in a very nice and exclusive area, the beach is in front and there is an Oxxo inside the fractionation, which facilitates the quick shopping of snacks and drinks. we will definitely be back on other dates. 100% recommended!

When you book for a platform you know that not everything will be perfect, but you accept it, what you never imagine is that what you are going to receive is much more than expected, and this is the case. The photos do not do justice to what this place offers, I was really surprised, everything was perfect, and more. The apartment of incredible taste, the towels, the water, the sound equipment, of the highest quality, even has a super pro coffee maker that makes you all kinds of gourmet coffees. Griss' care is always perfect. The view of the beautiful apartment, the sunset from the terrace is very beautiful. I sincerely congratulate those who put so much effort into achieving an extraordinary experience beyond a simple well-fulfilled stay. My rating for this stay is "extraordinary".
