I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! if ever a place earned a 1,000 stars, this is it! It's the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The decor is charming. the hosts were fabulous and attentive. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could desire. The view is great and there is so much to do on the grounds. We enjoyed pickleball a walking around the lake. We spent a lovely evening around a campfire made from the amply stocked wood pile. No attention to detail was spared and everything was impeccably clean. I have stayed at Air Bnbs all over the country and this one tops them all! I know this is a place I will be returning to over and over again.

Joe’s house was beautiful and just as described. The house was spacious and very clean. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The first floor bedroom worked great for my elderly mother who could not take the stairs. The neighbor is beautiful, we love CVNP. We would definitely stay again!

Thanks very much to Brad for providing such a great, well-appointed house. We’ve stayed in numerous Airbnb‘s around the world, and this home clearly is one of the top that we’ve ever stayed at. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. It’s extremely rare to see an Airbnb kitchen stocked with a generous number of clean, matching plates, glasses, cups, and silverware; sufficient kitchen tools; and nice, clean, and updated appliances. The air fryer was much appreciated, and there was even an electric pressure cooker; both were like new. The game room was very nice and the overall amenities too many to mention. The location was great for easy access, in a peaceful suburban setting, but still only five minutes from all the restaurants on Rockside Road. Perfect for our group of 8 adults. Easy check in and check out too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We had an 80th birthday weekend for my mom at the home. The home was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. The kitchen and dining area's were spacious and well equipped. The home had children's books and toys which was a nice touch. Marcus was very responsive and courteous every time we reached out to him with questions, before and after the stay.

We definitely enjoyed the beautiful cabin and grounds, as well as the Pool Table, Slot Machine, Golden Tee Golf Game, Theater Room, Hot Tub, and all the other amenities. The beautiful Peacocks and Cats were also great to see. The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all our guests. Alan and Laura were very responsive to our needs and are great hosts. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and we had a great time.

House is beautiful, comfortable & very clean. Beds, linens, pillows were the best I’ve seen. Nick solved an issue to our satisfaction and immediately. Loved our stay and will choose again if in that area.

Our weekend getaway at the lakehouse with friends was nothing short of perfect. The house itself was cozy, well maintained, and had everything we needed the hot tub and the lake access were extremely enjoyable highlights of our time there. Additionally, Alan is simply the best host possible, he was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It is our second time staying at Alan’s place and we can’t wait to stay there again!

We are a family of four with two college-aged kids and we had the most wonderful stay at Valerie and Mike’s place for our daughter’s Thanksgiving break from Oberlin! It truly felt like home the moment we walked in. The house is so beautifully designed and cozy—it was just perfect! We even cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner from scratch, thanks to the amazing kitchen that had everything we needed. We’re already excited to come back and make this our new Thanksgiving tradition!

Bill is the super host of super hosts. Despite some trying circumstances for each of us, he was the epitome of grace, kindness, friendliness, and caring. He really makes me feel like family. Me and my dogs. I felt so welcome in such an amazing house. Bill thank you as always.

Martha is a super host. Always responds to questions and needs of guests and goes out of her way to provide comfortable surroundings. We love the farm atmosphere and quiet countryside. Thanks for another great stay!

JoAnn was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were taken care of, even going the extra mile by sharing helpful information about local golf courses. The property itself was amazing — it fit our needs and wants perfectly. Thanks to JoAnn and this great place, our golf vacation went smoother than ever!

Daniel's place was very nice. Neighborhood was very peaceful, great place to walk my dog, and I appreciated the fenced in yard! Daniel was very responsive as well.

Lovely house, lovely stay. Was there for a night after a long day at Kalahari with the kids. Home was cozy and the host was very welcoming. Whenever I’m back in town I will def book again.

Have stayed before, would stay again, and probably will. In my previous review, I had included a word of caution for guests to be a little cautious about the narrow steps on the inside stairway. Noticed that the host has since put in a handrail. So now I'll just caution guests to not actually eat the plastic lemons and artichoke next to the "Eat" sign in the kitchen. :) Great host, great stay, the whole weekend went smooth as silk.

We found Judy's place to be very welcoming, clean, and supplied with everything you could possibly want. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were up to date the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The pots and pans and utensils, etc., were high quality. The gas grill was clean and in good working order. We made use of the extra refrigerator in the garage which was quite handy. The laundry room was top notch. Judy also supplied many unexpected extras and was very responsive during our stay.

Pictures don’t do the house and property justice, it’s more beautiful in person. Sandy was very helpful, flexible, and kind. I would definitely stay again!

The house was awesome and accommodated our party of 8 very nicely. We loved the long table where we gathered and appreciated the different amenities throughout the house. The location is really great, walking distance to Ohio City and a short drive or Uber ride to downtown. The communication with Management 50 was excellent. Questions were answered promptly, and when we had an electrical issue in one of the bedrooms, a service person was sent over right away and resolved it. Would definitely book again!

Mary’s place was amazing!!! We booked it for a group of moms and daughters in town for a dance competition at Spire Academy (just a 5-minute drive away). It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway—spacious, extremely clean, well-stocked, and filled with fabulous amenities. (Our dancers loved the vanities and hot tub!) The customer service was the best I’ve ever received in an Airbnb or VRBO experience. There were so many thoughtful touches, right down to the stocked, delicious coffee beans, that made the whole stay feel truly special. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was so delightful, I couldn’t pass up the chance to brag about this perfect getaway home!

A very nice house, clean, close to the beach and lakefront park, well maintained, very nice yard and outdoor area.

Visited with our whole family as a surprise gift for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Loved we had the entire place to ourselves. Fun, unique stay. Tom the Turkey was a family favorite. Loved all the animals! Trails were great; especially the view from the top overlooking the whole valley area. Pool area and ping pong were fun! So convenient that we didn't even need to bring pool towels. Plenty of space for outdoor games. Enjoyed the Farmhouse porch and playing cards inside as well. They even provided an extra card table and chairs when we mentioned we would be playing euchre. Kitchens were well stocked with anything we needed. Barn house had so much character! Super Cozy!! Air Conditioning worked great in all 3 places. Hosts were very nice answering all our questions and chatting about the farm. Would love to come back again sometime.

I truly enjoyed my time at Airbnb and would not hesitate to stay here again. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Amazing Stay with Plenty of Space and Comfort! We had an incredible experience staying at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was absolutely stunning—well-kept, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. With 7 bedrooms, there was more than enough room for our entire group, and the large great room was perfect for hanging out together. The hot tub was a highlight, especially in winter, and the wood-burning fireplaces both inside and outside were such a cozy touch. The house was spotlessly clean, and we were pleased to find plenty of bath towels and fridge space to accommodate our needs. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and it made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and spacious retreat!

Tony’s place offers so many things…sublime book selection for those who prefer to pontificate rather then watch TV or their phone. Wonderful place for a private time & families as well. (For kids lots to do farms with cows, pigs, goats variety of birds, gophers, maybe even a couple of woodchucks) see the tractors & cool things that the heart of America was built with… remind them what it was like before we all had cell phones. Make a memory that’ll last forever no phone needed! Fields for miles=literal kid paradise..after sitting in a car waiting to get there-turn them loose in the fields out back or let them go visit the bullfrogs in the front pond with Peepers chirping away Peaceful & very safe for couples, families & kids Pool, hot tub fun for everyone!!
