This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

It offers a beautiful view of the town of Barban, Sutivanac, Prnjani and the mountain Učka, while on the other side of Puntera has a view of the valley of the river Raša and Raška Bay.

There is also big shared garden with swimming pool and barbecue surrounded with lot of plants and green. The sea is only 400 metre away with most beautiful beaches in the area. The apartment is located 5 minute walk from beautiful beaches, it has a shared fireplace in the yard and lovely balcony looking on an organic garden!
