The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Er staan ook fietsen tot je beschikking om de omgeving te ontdekken en te gaan fietsen rondom het Oldambtermeer,en over de grootste fietsbrug van Europa fiets je naar Winschoten om te winkelen of een hapje te eten of lunchen! je kan ook Vissen of een bootje huren in de jachthaven in Beerta of Midwolda,genoeg te doen 🙏

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The cottage of Oogstwold

In the cottage of Oogstwold you can relax. It is the perfect base on the outskirts of the Oldambtmeer. It is very characteristic, old and new elements come together. The cottage (75m2) is completely independent with its own parking space and front door (including the possibility for contactless check-in). The cottage can accommodate 2 to max 4 people. Due to height differences, steep stairs and varying ceiling heights, it is not accessible to people with mobility impairments.

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
