Otherwise, it's always nice as a plunge pool. Free Wi-Fi. Free wood for the sauna, music streaming and Netflix subscription, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartments. Nespresso coffee machine. Fun fact: this holiday home was featured on the program "BinnensteBuiten." We have an official rental permit!

Hoeve Heem, is located in quiet rural Terblijt. The former horse stable has been converted into a comfortable 6-person holiday home. With a private garden, heating, a wood-burning stove, and two bathrooms. The area around the property is ideal for people who enjoy hiking. For example, our farm is located on a section of the Pieterpad trail. There is also plenty of adventure to be had by bike: in addition to the beautiful natural surroundings, you can reach Maastricht city centre and Valkenburg by bike, for example.

This holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful villages in South Limburg, at the foot of the Bemelerberg. An ideal place to start hiking, biking or golfing. Within walking distance are various venues with beautiful terraces, where you can literally taste and experience the Burgundian life. Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aachen, Liège are easily accessible. It is a cozy apartment for two people located in Meerssen. The apartment is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy hiking and cycling, there is also a nice and neat outdoor swimming pool just 5 minutes' walk away that can be visited for a fee. It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and 10 minutes to the beautiful city center where there are several restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible nearby.

Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.
