For the kids, there is a small playground across the site where they can play. Outside is a fireplace to enjoy the evening together in the garden. This home is ideal for group holidays. There are great cycling routes in the Limburg hills (Amstel Goldrace) for both sporty and recreational cyclists/mountain bikers. For a flatter course, there are beautiful node routes to the national park, the Hoge Kempen in Belgium (20 km). Cities such as Burgundian Maastricht (12 km), lively Valkenburg aan de Geul (10 km) and historic cities such as Liège (Belgium) (30 km) and Aachen (Germany) (35 km) are certainly worth a visit. We have lived in this fantastic place in Meerssen for a year. A converted monastery surrounded by a beautiful basilica and wonderful restaurants. If you want to enjoy a romantic weekend or go out with friends to the most beautiful city in the Netherlands, this is the designated place for a fantastic stay in South Limburg.
