Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Ski season is open! About 20 km away is the Wagner and World Heritage city of Bayreuth. Muckenreuth is located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate and is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. A special self-catering accommodation in the Fichtelgebirge holiday region: in the 1926 romantic circus car overlooking the Egertal. All in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddly spot, an ideal retreat for one person or for two. Lovingly furnished with cooking facilities, seating area, balcony, plenty of outdoor space with breakfast area,campfire and barbecue facilities. The shower is in a separate bathtub with sink, compost toilet and shower.

It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
