In the summer there are long bright nights, and in the winter you can be so lucky that you see the northern lights. Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds, but it is possible to add one more person.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Nearby (600m) is a beach that's excellent for swimming. A canoe is included in the rental for you to explore the lake. The cabin is in the middle of miles of pristine nature, with plenty of hiking opportunities.
