Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Located in the heart of the Perche region, less than 2 hours away from Paris, come and relax in this typical Percheron house, fully renovated with stone walls, exposed beams, bricks and terracotta floor tiles. The property is set in one hectare of land with an orchard, a garden and a large park with sheeps, all not overlooked. The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.

Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city centre, 15 minutes drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open according to the number of travellers. Example: 1 room = 1 traveller. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon your arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for an additional charge of €10/person to have towels.
