It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

We had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s with a group of friends. It’s a lovely house for a large group, and away from any neighbours. Supermarkets are accessible at Sens, a quick 10/15 minutes away.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Yves and Sandrine's. The house is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the cozy evenings in front of the stove, the games and foosball available, and the possibility of barbecue. The hearty breakfast offered is a real plus, and Jean-Yves and Sandrine are very friendly and attentive . We recommend!

Nothing to say very well equipped accommodation my son and it is engaged. We have a very good time very responsive at any time. She responds and finds the solution nothing to say for late checkout and romantic decor at the top. Thank you and the accommodation and very well equipped. It's really missing nothing. Spacious, nicely decorated, well heated and well-maintained house. Well located in the suburbs of Paris in an unexpected setting. Christine the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Small bottle of white to welcome us. Cat Louna made our stay with the kids even more enjoyable. Thanks to Christine and her family.

We recommend this lovely peaceful house 15min from Disneylandparis. The stay was perfect, the house impeccably clean and we thank Lucinda and David again for the little touches (small chocolates for our children and the essentials for a great lunch). We will be back, for sure!

Wake up to the sound of birds, in peace, in a beautifully decorated house with all amenities. This was our second stay at Maison du Néflier. In the beautiful village of Saint Sulpice de Favières with its beautiful cathedral, a fantastic restaurant (Saint Louis) around the corner and a pretty surrounding forest for a stroll. It is an 8 minute drive to the nearest metro station and in 45 minutes you will be in the heart of Paris! Enjoy the perfect combination of romantic French countryside and bustling Paris. We enjoyed it again and David and Olivier are perfect hosts. They are always there for you, have perfect tips and are really nice, very cool superhosts. A jewel on Airbnb.

We loved our stay here—the house is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. Aicha was absolutely wonderful: so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and especially appreciated how Aicha made us feel right at home.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

in fact , we have nothing to say lol ..except that it was perfect, the accommodation is GREAT, cleanliness ++, beautiful SUPER nice garden, dishes accordingly, good bedding, charming and welcoming hosts as well as Maria who welcomed us. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. the owners trusted us, we thank them.

Christelle’s place was perfect for our family’s 3 week stay. Walkable to town (about 17-25 min), walkable to train station to get to Paris, and the house accommodated 3 adults and 2 young children (5 and 2.5) well. It even had some children’s toys which was perfect for our kids. It was well set up and had everything we needed. We were also climbing and it was a quick drive to all the various boulders. Christelle was so sweet and she met us right when we got there to let us in and show us the place, and always very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for the wonderful stay!
