Ty was an excellent host! The house met all my expectations. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely rent this house. Excellent pricing and location.

Clean house and quite area

I stayed at Cedric’s place for three months for a summer internship. It was an amazing stay. Cedric was very fast at responding to any questions I had during my stay. Now about the place. The bed is queen size and it is sooooo comfortable. The TV in the living room is nice and big. The bathroom is clean and the shower has great water pressure. There is an in window unit AC, ceiling fan and regular pedestal fan in the living room, the bedroom had a ceiling fan. I had no problem with street parking in front of the apartment. The neighborhood is just lovely. Feels very very safe as kids and their families are always outside going on walks or playing games. The is a Target, Kroger 2-3 min away driving. Walmart about 5 minutes away. And a gas station that was 1 min away. I am sure if you decide to come stay at Cedric’s for a short period of time or long, this apartment will be perfect.
