Easy to reach, close to the Kusadasi center, walking distance to the beach (2 min max) with private grass area, which is the crucial part. House itself is perfect with everything you need. hope to stay again soon..

Mr. Ahmet responded to our questions very quickly, there were all the amenities said in the house. We were satisfied. Since it has heating,air conditioning and a pool, accommodation can be made in all seasons.

Ms. Ebru is really a very caring and warm host. She was very responsive to all kinds of questions before, during and after our stay and helped us with various suggestions. Their house was immaculate and quite tidy. We didn't encounter any disturbing details. We already understood on our first evening that we came to Urla and made one of the best choices for relaxing in a decent neighborhood and a great house. Thanks for everything.

It was a house that met our expectations. The garden, balcony, terrace , barbecue area, winter garden were areas to have a good time with your child. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. We had a hot water problem that works with solar energy only due to the season and the fact that the weather is not sunny. Even though we did the instruction given by the host, the hot water came one day, the other days did not come. I don't think this will be a problem in the summer. Everything else was very nice.

Also the price is a little too much, everything else was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were super modern and equipped with little things. An absolute quiet area. You should have a car to get around the area. The pool and other areas were clean, tidy as shown in the pictures. The hospitality and commitment were exceptionally good. All in all👍🏽😊.

The property is amazing but it could do with a more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. The hosts are lovely and were always quick with their responses and fixing any issues we had, such as the wifi in the house stopped working and they had it fixed within hours

Mr. Metin was a very caring, helpful and easy to communicate with. It helped us a lot by providing quick feedback both before the trip and during the stay. The house is a very suitable option for those who want a peaceful holiday. It is a very nice environment with a patio, pool, and garden. The house is very clean and tidy. A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. Finally, it's a quiet place away from the noise. Thank you so much for following the host. See you on another vacation. By the way, I'm glad I'm a member of this system.

It was incredibly clean first and foremost. Mr. Özal answers all very relevant questions instantly and offers a quick solution, and the house was the same as we saw in the photos. We stayed with 7 people, we were very satisfied, in a quiet and decent neighborhood. Very easy to get to and very close to the center. Highly recommend.

it was perfect stay! Villa is located in peaceful and tranquility surroundings, within walkable distance to city centre and Lady beach. Well equipped villa with four separate bedrooms and private fenced pool. Claudia was very helpful, easy and nice to talk to. Highly recommend! definitely want to return :)

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

The items were sufficient and clean enough for five people to stay comfortably. The villa is in a calm complex and has a very beautiful view on the terrace. We also used the communal pool of the compound and it was not crowded and clean. Thank you to Büşra and Ms. Nuray for their warm communication:)

We felt very comfortable until the last day! Everything was great and we were received very warmly.
