Vacation rentals with a patio in Mendoza Province

Beautiful apartment, just as you can see in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy. Florence and Belén were excellent hosts, they helped me at all times until shopping, always attentive to everything we could need. Communication with them was excellent

Our stay at this apartment was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, communication with Valeria was fluid and very friendly. I provide all the necessary information, plus local recommendations to enjoy our visit even more. The apartment is located in a very central area, ideal for exploring the city. A few minutes away are restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, which made our experience much more comfortable and convenient. Beds are comfortable, and bedding and towels of excellent quality. The kitchen is fully stocked, which was great for prepping our meals when we didn't want to go out. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, with good quality personal hygiene products. In addition, the apartment has an electric gate for more comfort and safety of the vehicle, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV. We look forward to returning soon.

We adored this apartment and had a really nice stay. Yanina was responsive and attentive while we were here. It's spacious and gets lots of sunlight. Peaceful and walkable neighborhood. We loved the yard which gets great sun in the daytime. The apartment was very clean. There's a bit of mildew in the shower that needs peroxide or something else, but that also seems very, very common in South America. We would absolutely stay here again. Yanina teaches a yoga class as well, and I wished we had been in town longer to be able to attend. Very cute and highly recommend staying here.

Excellent complex. All Dept. are very well equipped and spacious with a very well-kept park. It is strategically located to get to loa points of interest but I recommend being with a car for the distances. Maria José's attention was always attentive to our queries

Gabriel's apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a family. Very close to downtown Mendoza. Gabriel was always very attentive and reactive whenever we communicated. There are parking beaches nearby for those who come by car and a public transportation stop at the door. I recommend it!

Very good place, a safe, clean and above all quiet space. Very kind to greet me, clear instructions and very good recommendations, and flexibility for check-in. Regarding departure, very flexible with the Check-out times.

We feel very comfortable, Vika is always attentive to what we needed. The apartment was very nice, close to the Central Hospital which was what we needed, walking distance from downtown. We enjoyed the common space where we could share with the neighbors, and in fact we even shared the Christmas dinner with them. We really enjoyed our stadiums, we hope to return one day

Our stay at this house was perfect! We were a group of 6 men and we felt very comfortable. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to help us with anything we needed. ¡We recommend this house for large groups or families, great location for walking around, close to the park and the central street.

This place had the most incredible views high above the lake. The Sunrises were to die for definately had the sunsets beat. The place is super clean with lots of wildlife. Sergio is a very responsive host, he gave excellent instructions on how to find the place and always responds in a timely manner. The driveway is challenging to get up but he assisted us. Would to come back one day and stay here again!!

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

What to say about this perfect house and Belen. Every time I go back to mendoza I will not hesitate for a second to choose to stay there again. It is beautiful comfortable safe. And belen is more than attentive and loving. Really from the best experiences. Thank you Belen for everything!

Erika's house is very good, wide with a perfect patio for a barbecue, our stay was super quiet, I would definitely return, thank you for the warm welcome!!!

Mariano was a great host! The house is just like the pictures, and it was very comfortable and spacious. Mariano helped organize a private bbq upon our arrival, and it was fantastic! We unfortunatly had flight issues, and he was very accommodating.

Good price ratio. A quiet area. Being a very windy place and being surrounded by land if I entered the depto quite a bit. Basic amenities. It would be good to have a microwave as having kids is always easier. Spacious rooms and adequate heating.

My experience in Johona's apartment was very satisfying. Easy access sector, very quiet and safe and close to the center. The area has many amenities nearby which made our stay nice.

Great location near the park and lots of restaurants/cafes. The neighborhood was wonderful. It was the perfect place to stay for my few weeks in Mendoza. The apartment was clean, had AC, and a kitchenette. Mariana met me for my early check in and showed me how to use the keys and the apartment. She had great recommendations too. If I ever visit Mendoza again, I would stay here again.

Everything is excellent! The building is beautiful, many amenities. We felt very safe with 24h reception. Automatic check-in and out. It has a market on the same block with several gastronomic proposals. San Martin Park can be reached on foot. One recommendation I would do is add a washing machine in the unit as there is room to put it. Because it's hard to use the loundry. In any case, they had clarified to me correctly that I did not have it. Everything else is spotless!!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!

Was met at the door, helped with an earlier check-in, and felt right at home. Apartment was very comfortable and relaxing and very secure. Was easy to walk to San Martin park, the restaurants and shops nearby, and elsewhere in Mendoza city. Tour operators were able to collect us and return us to the address. Hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the trip. It was perfect! Thank you, so much.
