Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Small town feel, quiet neighborhood with great views. Beautiful sunroom to relax in and large living room. Full kitchen, laundry, big living room, and sunroom. Please note that there is a home office on the second floor which is a separate entry and separate from the guest house, and is not included in this rental. Early check in $10 per hour. Late checkout $10, max 1 hour available for monthly discount
