What a wonder place and peaceful stay. I can not recommend this place enough. This is my third stay. We have made this an annual stay for the past three years. If you are looking for real rest and beautiful surroundings then this is the place for you. Vicki is the best host and so very kind. If you’re looking for an authentic cabin experience then look no further. We will certainly return again.

This was a great winter weekend getaway! The house was very clean and they had all the cooking supplies we needed. (They even have a crockpot and a griddle if you’re cooking for larger crowds.) Nick was very responsive to all our requests and they even had a Christmas tree and decorations out to add to the homey feel. If you’re looking for winter activities, the CoffeeTree Bookstore and WhimziWorks space in Morehead were fun to check out! They also had a small ice skating rink open for $3. And if you’re looking to stay closer to the house the dollar tree 4 minutes away had pretty much everything you need (except fresh fruits and veggies). We would definitely stay here again!!

This cabin is absolutely amazing! The views are immaculate. The cabin was super cozy and welcoming! The hostess were super kind and quick to respond. If you’re looking for a peaceful get away, 10/10 recommend this cabin! It’s also a great place to bring your pets and let them explore nature. Blondie, (the dog at the bottom of the hill) was the star of the show!

Great Cabin! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the board games provided in the cabin. Cabin was clean (but some hair in rugs as they are pet friendly) and had a usefully stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, cups, measuring cups, etc). Important note, the upstairs area is one fully open room and not two separate bedrooms. Worked fine for our needs, but could be an issue for others if different bed times. Especially as it is a small cabin and all sounds carry. Hoping to stay again in the future!
