30 m2 apartment located in Cergy-le-Haut, Boulevard de l'Evasion. A stone's throw from the train station (RER A and line L to Paris) and buses (lines 14, 35, 34, 36, 39, 40, 45). Restaurants and shops at the bottom of the building and supermarket next door, as well as gym and market on Sundays. Composed of an entrance with cupboard, a living room (TV, sofa and coffee table) with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, office space, dining area, bathroom (washing machine) and separate bedroom with cupboard.

In one of the outbuildings of the Château du Prieuré, you will have access to this independent house with its living room, its equipped kitchen open to the living room, a staircase will lead you to two separate bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. You will enjoy the exteriors of the castle, its one-and-a-half hectare park where it's good to stroll, organize on sunny days your aperitifs or lunches on one of the tables installed in the park with views of the castle.

Located in a peaceful environment, our charming little detached house, completely renovated (2023), is the ideal place for lovers of tranquility and comfort. It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

We welcome you to an 18 m² outbuilding located at the entrance to our garden behind our house. It includes a bedroom area with shelves and a wardrobe, a kitchen (with 1 table and chairs), a shower room with toilet. You also have a small terrace with a table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Vigny is a charming village located in the heart of the French Vexin (natural park), 10 minutes from Cergy, and 50 km from the center of Paris.
