The cozy apartment consists of a room with en-suite shower room and a small kitchenette. We live on the edge of the Westerwald, where there is a lot to discover. There are swimming lakes, forest hiking trails, castles, a wooden stream gorge, canoeing on the Lahn and much more. The city of Limburg can be reached in 16 km and the city of Weilburg in 8 km. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away. On Saturdays there are fresh cakes, bread, milk, eggs and cheese to buy in the nearby farm.

Lots of space (300qm) in Weilburg

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Our apartment "Ruhe und Erholung" (110 sqm) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is situated in a quiet location directly on the outskirts. It offers a parking space. Bicycles can be parked. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a large balcony and wide views of nature. Two spacious bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Close to shopping. Weilburg and the Lahn Valley offer many leisure and recreational opportunities.
