Between Picos de Europa and the sea, on the banks of the river Deva, ideal for walking, going mountain, enjoying some nearby beach, or to go to Picos in the morning and to the beach in the afternoon, visiting one of the nearby villages, Llanes, Comillas, Colombres and their Indian houses, enjoying with the cave paintings, the magnificent cheeses of the area, the gastronomy of corn, or having a beer in the garden, or just doing nothing, sitting on the river bank and throwing stones.

La Llosa del Valle is a very comfortable house of new construction but made with recycled hardwoods and very bright due to the large windows facing south. It is very warm and cozy... It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.
