This place is very beautiful and comes with a lot of amenities for the price. The home is clean and very private and filled with lovely decor. This has been one of my favorite stays and the host had great communication.

Gustavo is a very generous host, and cares about you and your experience! The apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room for working from home or lounging. The private deck and seating makes for a very relaxing and private area as well. The neighborhood is safe and nice, and I would definitely recommend going to "Three Forks Marsh, Thomas O. Lawton Recreation Area," which is only 10 minutes away. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and would love to return here again in the future!

We had kids and their grandparents with us for the stay and were extremely satisfied! It’s very walkable to the beach and they provide beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy and there are plenty of pillows. The pool and spa were clean and easy to use. We will definitely be making a repeat visit as it is within walking of two of our family friends. A few things to note- the alarm system on the house “dings” with the opening of any window or door 24/7 which can interrupt light sleeping kids. If we had to be picky: The extra room with the day bed doesn’t have a full closing door. It’s more of a privacy screen. Wish there was a cooler for beach trips and a pitcher or other drink container for making lemonade or iced tea. Host went out of her way to provide some yoga mats for us to use. Very private with a great outside entertainment area as well as a lockup area for bikes and golf clubs. Immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place!

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

A quick weekend get away that was absolutely perfect! Beautiful little cottage with a front door that leads directly to the sand!! You can’t get much better than that.

If you like "old Florida " this is for you. You are just steps from the beach and your car. We watched a rocket launch from the beach which was on time and with good weather. The unit was fine and the pictures were accurate. You will have to drive to eat and shop about 2-4 miles. During March (spring break time) not much traffic or wait times ( 30 min ) at restaurants.

Found this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised. Small condo establishment with all amenities needed (pool, hot tub, free washer/dryer use, on the beach, use of floats, sand toys, etc.) Few minor issues but everything we encountered was fixed quickly and would recommend to others. Onsite manager and Matteo the poodle were great!
