Monthly Rentals in Mesa, Phoenix

The tiny house was perfect for our relaxing getaway. It was in a quiet neighborhood, a short distance from attractions downtown, and the pool was great! It was clean and private. I would definitely book again! Ps. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved staying here, was so comfortable, quiet and great location, hope we can stay here again on our next visit.

Paul’s place was a perfect stay for us! We spent a few weeks here and were very comfortable. The space was super clean. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom had enough space for 2 people getting ready in the morning. The surrounding condo complex is unique, clean, and has great amenities too! Not to mention the area is very walkable (a rarity for Phoenix). We would be happy to stay again!

We definitely enjoyed our six week stay at Mary's and wish it could have been six months. The home has such character and charm and it is such a peaceful place to stay and enjoy. The art and collectibles throughout the home are fascinating reflecting a glimpse into the interesting lives of its occupants. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog Carly and we loved roaming around in the horse arena and stables. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the local hummingbirds that kept us company in the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded but centrally close to all the activities and things we wanted to do in the Phoenix area. This is really a great place to stay, we will definitely come back.
