We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

The place is spotless. Cleanliness is ensured. From the apartment everything is within walking distance. Private parking is a significant plus and finally Gary is very nice and accommodating for check-in as well as check-out. Thank you everything was perfect, I highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay in Trouville. The apartment is in a very good location and the hosting was very nice.

Xavier's apartment is ideal for visiting Deauville. It is very well located (right next to the train station and Place Morny) and very comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable and has everything you need in terms of equipment (coffee pods, sweets, champagne offered ...). A perfect place for a short trip for 2 people (no more!). Communication with Xavier and Ligia is very fluid! Thank you for your welcome 😀

We had a great time with my 3 year old daughter. Ideally located, the apartment allowed us to enjoy a privileged setting facing Trouville beach and the sea. We loved being able to enjoy both Trouville boards, small restaurants and nearby businesses. I would highly recommend this place and thank our hosts for their hospitality and availability.

Monica is a very responsive host and fluid communication. The stay is a wonderful stay and everything is doable on foot in Honfleur.

The house is very charming and well-equipped, perfectly in line with the description. The environment is also peaceful while being very close to a village with essential goods (en primeurs, pharmacy, etc.).

Great stay with the family. Pierre's house is ideally located and wonderfully organized. It is full of charm and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the small garden in the back of the house and have lunch almost every day. We enjoyed the light Normandy flan by Hélie Bruno, the excellent Pont L 'évêque de La Houssaye de la Fromagerie des Bains and the fresh fish on the quays. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely weekend in Honfleur. The accommodation is very well located, everything is within walking distance, and in a very quiet place! There was everything we needed for a short stay (dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc.)

For people, who would be hesitant. I'm confirming this place is peaceful! It is a haven of peace, with this beautiful terrace that offers views of the sea, and which is perfectly furnished. We were welcomed and guided with great kindness. As a couple or family, I recommend it will be for you an experience without regret and filled with good memories. Well appointed accommodation with all the necessities at your disposal. Comfortable bed. Very large windows bring a beautiful brightness. Easy street parking. The directions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Value is fair. Our host was very responsive during our stay.

This is a great find in Honfleur, really good location for the harbour and a beautiful view. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we ate all our meals in the local restaurants, all of which are fabulous! Josette kindly left us a welcome basket of treats and cider and water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. You can see so much while sitting on the sofa, of the park and the entrance to the harbour, if you stand at the balcony you can see the ferris wheel across the water. When my father wanted to rest in the apartment I went and sat in the park opposite to read under a tree. I slept in the bottom bunk and my father had the double bed and we both slept really well, the mattresses were perfect. Good to have a check out with the concierge so she could see all was well. I left my sandals, my fault, and will get them when I return to the apartment on my next visit!

The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.

Very beautiful and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain not nickel dishes). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but a shame that it is so narrow and that the other poorly parked residents hinder the maneuvers (which are numerous and painful).
