Die Wohnung ist großartig, die Lage spitzenmäßig und die großzügige Dachterrasse ein absolutes Highlight! Dazu noch ein nagelneues Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles war noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Fijne en praktische locatie voor bezoek Venetië en of op doorreis. Aangenaam ruim appartement en vriendelijke en gastvrije host!

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

We were visiting Venice for La Biennale and Luca’s place is the perfect location. It’s a walk away from Arsenale and very close to restaurants. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, away from the tourist spots. The home is spacious, clean and welcoming. It is very well equipped even for longer stays.

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

Great location, beautiful apartment. Free Parking. Edoardo was very responsive to our needs. Supermarkets were nearby, very suitable for family with kids.

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

The location to the train station in Venice Mestre was unbelievably close. It was just a short walk and we were there. This was so helpful. What stood out though is the kindness and flexibility of this host. My husband got ill when we arrived and Berto was so helpful. After a doctors visit we were in a dilemma to get prescriptions filled because it was late at night and the only pharmacy was a 10 minute drive from us and we didn’t have a car. Next thing I knew, Berto text and said he was at our door! He went and picked up my husband’s prescription, waited in a long line at the pharmacy and brought it back to us. Wow! Talk about going the extra mile for us. Thank you Berto for being a kind and generous host

We found Moreno’s place exactly as described in the pictures on display. The house was kept clean throughout. Moreno was helpful and reactive to our needs. He was proactive in communicating with me from beginning to end. The area was residential, pleasant and tranquil. A very nice cafe called Antica Pasticceria Nascimben is a stone’s throw from the house, which we frequented everyday during our stay. No doubt I will use Moreno’s house again next time I go to the area. Many thanks to Moreno!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

A terrific stay at Tania's place in Roncado. A beautiful huge house with a fantastic kitchen and a beautiful garden. If you like cooking - this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any airbnb in 10 years. The house garden is huge and very beautiful. This is truly one of the best stays at airbnb ever. The hosts a very nice, very responsive - I have only the best things to say about our experience. The location is terrific - you must have a car to stay here, and then you are 20 minutes away from 2 airports (Treviso and Venice), 5 minutes from 2 huge supermarkets, 3 minutes from a motorway. We loved everything and truly hope to be back!

Appartement neuf, spacieux avec terrasse donnant sur un petit jardin, au calme, et décoré avec goût. Emplacement intéressant, à 5 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus pour rejoindre Venise, parfait pour se déplacer sans contrainte de la voiture. Très bon choix.

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement conforme à la description et aux photos. Propreté irréprochable, tout le nécessaire à disposition. Proximité des transports (bus et train), commerces et restaurants. Hôtes très réactifs, courtois, précis, à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. La nostra vacanza è stata perfetta in ogni aspetto. L'alloggio di Barbara è accogliente e curato e rende ancora più dal vivo che in foto. Barbara è stata una host attentissima sin dai primi contatti e ci ha dato indicazioni precise per arrivare. La posizione della casetta è ottima per spostarsi sia verso l'entroterra, sia verso la laguna perché perfettamente collegata con i bus, ma Barbara ha fatto di più: ci ha fornito due bici per poter esplorare il territorio che merita moltissimo. Inoltre è stata un punto di riferimento per ogni altra attività o informazione, sempre presente fisicamente. La nostra partenza è coincisa con un evento internazionale sportivo che avrebbe potuto creare problemi nei collegamenti con Jesolo e che abbiamo risolto anticipando semplicemente di un'ora, ma Barbara si era già preoccupata di trovare e consigliarci una soluzione alternativa: insomma una vacanza a 5 stelle e Barbara una host indimenticabile. Grazie!

Très bon contact avec Roberto et Mattia. ils nous ont donné les coordonnées d une agence de transports pour les transferts aéroport avec chauffeur. séjour de 5 nuits en famille dans l appartement, bien situé à 50m de 2 stations de Tram T1... direct venise. Un grand supermarché en face de l immeuble et à 10mm à pied du centre de Mestre (restaurants et commerces...). Le logement situé au 4eme étage est très confortable et bien équipé. Séjour parfait et idéal pour visiter venise et sa région.
