Beautiful modern, spacious apartment. Everything you need to make it home-from-home, no need to bring anything.

The stay was very quiet and beautiful. We were able to use the bikes and explore the area at any time. We also often stayed in the long and deep pool and got tips on how best to get to the ferry/ Venice. This was also not far away by car. Aircon worked well. Both are very understanding and take good care of one. Soraia always tried to help us with questions as much as possible. The accommodation is not located in the center of Touri, which we found very pleasant, but is still close enough to everything. Can only recommend the apartment!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and we enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is bigger than our previous accommodations in Italy/Switzerland, clean and nice as per photos. It comes with 2 room (1 queen, 1 single bed) and a small open kitchen. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We love the peaceful location in Venice Mestre, and there is a great Chinese restaurant Orientale in the area. Would definitely recommend one to eat there. Down side is that need to go up one flight of stairs so those with heavy luggage need to take note. The house is also around 10-15 min walk with luggage. Will be great if they can install some hooks in the toilet at high points so that we can hang our clothes when we shower or for the towels. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!

We enjoyed the location … walkable from train and walkable to the center of town. Easy to get coffee in the morning and convenient markets for drinks and snacks in the flat. Amelia and her dog coffee greeted us warmly upon arrival. Flat is clean and comfortable.

Nicola was very accommodating and very friendly! We enjoyed the place so much. We felt very comfortable. It was clean and super modern. The location is also great, it's quiet and lying in a nice area. Lido de Jesolo is about 7 minutes by car. We can only recommend the place.

Fantastic experience!! Beautiful, clean location, 5 minutes from the sea. Large well-kept garden, my dog had a great time. The owner Patrizia is really very sociable and kind, always ready to give useful directions and always available. Communication throughout the excellent vacation. Highly recommended!!

They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Stefania's place and it was like coming home again. A nice place in a quiet area and nicely centrally located in the Veneto region. And Stefania's a great hostess. We'll be back!

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Beautiful apartment, large, bright, modern and quiet. Excellent bedding. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven. Microwave, washing machine and dryer, broom vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, tv, wii... and the consumables that go with it ( laundry detergent, pods..., games for wii...) We didn't ask for so much 🤪 Perfect welcome. Sheltered and secure parking on the property. Clear instructions thanks in particular to plastic sheets ( in English and Italian) List of the best restaurants in the area (with quality and price indications). Emanuele set the bar very high! 🙂 Congrats, we are delighted with our stay!

Very good contact with Roberto and Mattia. they gave us the contact details of a transport agency for airport transfers with driver. stay of 5 nights with family in the apartment, well located 50m from 2 Tram stations T1... direct venice. A large supermarket in front of the building and 10mm walk from the center of Mestre (restaurants and shops...). The accommodation located on the 4th floor is very comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect stay and ideal for visiting Venice and its region.

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!

Great location, on the beach and at the same time on the central Jesola Via Bafile. A bakery, shops, and restaurants right next door. Parking right in front of the entrance. The apartment was perfectly cleaned, with plenty of scented towels and linens. When it comes to amenities, you'll find everything you can think of - a hair dryer, first aid kit, a hot water bottle, blankets, pillows, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a crib and a chair, a toaster, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a TV.. and much more Alessandro is a friendly host who likes to take care of everything. We are happy to recommend this apartment, I rate 10/10. 👍🏻
