We had a long trip to Varna due to a problem at the border and even if she had a strict policy, she offered to help us with a plus day. We could not stay another but we really appreciated the intention. Alexander was very responsiveand tried to help us with all that he could (info about closest and best beach, best shopping places, where to eat) Place really clean and good wifi, AC works just fine. Nice and clean around the place, quiet and very close to the beach! We'll sure be there again, next year!

nice location, we were here with friends in December and then it is also a nice quiet place to relax, great views, neat clean rooms, kitchen has everything you need including coffee maker and coffee. The apartment has everything to feel completely at home. A maximum of 15 minutes' walk from the beach. Host is friendly, responds quickly. Recommended if you would like to stay in Kavarna.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

A quiet spacious and nice apartment at a good location. Fully equipped kitchen, airconditioners in rooms with two balconies. Close to a couple of beaches. Five minutes drive from the Kavarna town. The staff outside was very nice and helpful.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

The stay in Bojuret was great, quiet place, nice view to the sea, beach of Topola ,Heros beach is gorgeous with clean water and gorgeous view. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean, located in a quiet area, but the gps position is not the right one. In these hot days, the house needs to be equipped with air conditioning because the fans can't cope. Thank you for the wonderful house provided.
