Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Metro Manila

The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

It was our first time in the Philippines and Marlon was the perfect host. Avant staff was so friendly and welcoming. Marlon was super responsive if I had any questions and made awesome recommendations in the area. He provided clear instructions that made checking in to our quarters very smooth. The a/c was super cold and the apartment had more than enough room for 4. It was so convenient to have a working washer and dryer at our convenience. I will definitely be booking again!

Unit was clean and comfy. Not too far from the elevator. It smells nice too! Miss Julie was so responsive, she even allow us to check in earlier than the standard check in time. She's so nice and easy to communicate with. House rules was easy to follow, net was fast, aircon works so well, all the basic needs that we need were provided as well. Will definitely go back to her unit and stay for a little longer.

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. Veronica's place is amazing! Check-in was easy, and tatay Abet and Veronica kept in touch with us during our stay. The unit is clean and feels like home. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. I’d give it a perfect 10,000 out of 10!

The place is peaceful and relaxing. inside is aesthetic, very homey, clean, and everything you need is already there. The host, Ms. Des is very kind, informative and approachable. she is accommodating her guests nicely and finding out how she can further to assist. My stay at their place was exceptionally peaceful, and I felt safe even late at night. The location is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their dogs, which brought me joy observing others walking their pets. To Ms Des, You're an Amazing host !! I had a great stay! The flexible check-in made everything hassle-free, and the location was perfect with easy access to shops and malls. Plus, enjoying Netflix and games was the ultimate way to chill.

Amazing place. cozy and felt right at home. home is as listed and the same as the photos. though the philippines traffic is bad, the place is easy to get in to through grab. and it’s within 30mins to 1hr to SM MOA. loved ate girlie’s helpfulness, took care of our laundry and doing our groceries as we weren’t very well versed of the area. thank you so so much ate girlie!

Very accessible. Walking distance to Mall of Asia. Convenience stores and eating places close by. The place was clean and compact. Comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. Secure and safe.

Definitely had a wonderful stay there. We were supposed to stay for certain days but we extended another extra 3 days. The place is peaceful, with beautiful surroundings and they have pretty much covered the things you need in a home. They were easy to reach out to if we had any questions. Worth our stay!

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.

It was a good condo.This room can be cheaper and comfortable for 4 people.The owner is also very kind, so he will respond to various requests.

The place was AWESOME! The unit, the furnitures and the modern fixtures were worth every single centavo I paid for. There were even tech gadgets inside his unit that I asked where he bought as I want one for my house too. The view from the balcony was majestic seeing the sunrise, and the sunset. This is place also comes with its own parking space, very convenient for someone like me who always drives. Gordon was responsive to all inquiries. His assistant Marie was also very helpful with everything needed. They made the entire experience absolutely amazing. This place is highly recommended!
