Waterfront vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

A wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Palermo. Loris was kind, helpful and flexible, allowing for an early check-in. The apartment was spotless with particularly comfortable beds and bedding, and it contains everything you'd need for a stay, whether cooking at home or not. It is in a fantastic district, close to many bars that are buzzing at night, but on a quiet street away from the hubbub. There is a lovely coffee shop next door, a supermarket five minutes' walk away and it is only 5 minutes to the harbour, or 10 minutes into the city centre. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 2.5 weeks at this flat, working during the week. It was an excellent space, really nicely designed and with all I needed for the duration. It’s really well located - right in the centre of the city, so walkable from great bars, restaurants and the energy of Palermo. Palermo is quite loud at night, and the double glazing on the windows is pretty good - but if you have trouble sleeping the centre of Palermo probably isn’t for you. The balcony is lovely and gets the sun most of the day - perfect for morning coffee. Everything worked and Gabriele was responsive and flexible, and helped whenever I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Stefania was an incredible host!! She gave us many recommendations for local restaurants to get the authentic Palermo experience! The beaches nearby were gorgeous. Well worth what we paid, Mondello is a beautiful area. We felt right at home! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely loved our stay! Apartment is perfect, really clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Easy to access and close to small shops for food etc. Train station is close and easy to get the train everywhere! Giorgio was absolutely fantastic, helped us with everything, went above and beyond and really made us feel at home, replied to messages super quick. We will definitely be back!

Located in a quiet area with parking nearby (for those using rentals) and incredibly safe to walk about and see the town. The home was clean and cozy, Patricia was super friendly and reached out throughout the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, an amazing stay :)

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The house is great. The balcony can see the sea directly, it is very clean and comfortable, Dario is very friendly and enthusiastic, help us with luggage, introduce the room, we also took photos together, love you!Have a great day ~

The location of this house is perfect the parking just outside the door everything in walking distance and the Host very polite and helpful. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at Rosanna's beach house. Rosanna welcomed and warmly and we felt right at home. She gave us tips for things to do and was always easily accessible. The sea on the front door is beautiful and very suitable for small children.

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Claudio’s place. Beautiful apartment. Close to everything. Claudio was very friendly and helpful. Drove our heavy luggage to the train station for us. Would definitely come back again! Really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

The property is a great starting point for day trips to Sicily. The good train connections to Palermo and the airport are an absolute plus. The house is quietly located in a residential area and the view from the roof to the sea is just great.

We loved our stay at Tusa Bay. The location is amazing - two minutes to swim in the sea. The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and quiet. Great apartment in a great location. I definitely recommend it.

Bendetto and his family showed us real Sicilian hospitality! Amazing host and very helpful . The place is located in walking distance to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and everything needed is provided. We had a great time !

Our stay with Violetta went well. We only stayed one night. We couldn't see it but everything was well indicated for self check-in. The night was a little noisy (very loud TV from the neighbor above). Finally, we also had some fears about the car and the location of the free places in front of the building. Violetta reassured us. The location is great compared to visits in Palermo.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Antonio's apartment in Cefalu is great - perfect, central location - easy to access and Antonio helps out with questions right away. The apartment is in a centuries old building right on the square overlooking the oldest Cathedral in Sicily. The apartment is updated, clean and comfortable - Antonio has thought of every detail to make your stay easy - two full clean bathrooms, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, beds are comfortable. Cefalu is a beautiful, relaxing sea side town - good restaurants and shops - the hike to La Rocca was an adventure. Loved our stay with Antonio.

We didn't meet Michele personally but he was in contact before he was permanently in contact and gave us useful recommendations. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is strategically located to know Palermo and Cefalu

The accommodation offers everything you need. It is super centrally located and close to the beach. Federico was an incredibly nice and helpful host who gave us many good tips and was easy to reach. We will be happy to come back!

Our experience at Stefano’s could not have been any better. Not only is his apartment ideally located with a breathtaking view but he is an absolutely fabulous host. The apartment is right near both beaches and right in the middle of all the excitement of the town. Everything you could need is directly at your feet and the apartment is quiet and peaceful at night! Stefano provided excellent recommendations, was available for our every need and did some very special extra things for our daughter (and also to help us out!) He really went out of his way and we had a fabulous experience.

Great place right in the middle of everything, but not loud in the evenings. We had a great stay, and highly recommend it!

It lies between azure waters and golden sunsets: Top location - on the port of Palermo. Workation was successful. Internet great. Supermarket in the corner. Food not so tourist food. Super authentic.
