We have a fully stocked kitchen which is perfect for those on a budget or prefer home cooked meals. The home is located in Mountain Time. From Mar. to Oct. we observe Daylight Savings (one hour ahead (later) than Arizona (which does not observe Daylight Savings)). Time at this Utah home is the same as Colorado and New Mexico year round.

Please join us! We are offering cabin rental on our developing property. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabins are equipped with bartop counter, fridge/freezer, dishes , K Cup coffee maker and microwave in the kitchenette. Enjoy a rinse in the natural stone shower with dual shower heads. The living room has 2 couches with a full size pull out and hand made coffee and end tables. Outside is a covered patio with table and chairs. There is parking located on the side of each unit with private entrance.

While it may be small on the inside, the outside offers a large deck with some of the best views of the ranch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while the sun peeks into the canyon. At the end of the day, you can roast marshmallows and hot dogs around the firepit while taking in the beautiful night skies.

This single bedroom apartment has a private entrance, a queen bed in the bedroom, a hide-a-bed in the living room, a bathroom with spacious shower. Towels and bedding included. Fully equipped kitchen. Satellite TV. Washer and dryer. Internet. This apartment was originally built for my wheelchair-bound sister so it is totally handicapped accessible.

The home was originally located on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon where it served as housing for park employees. It's extremely cozy with great lighting...sleeps three people comfortably with one queen bed and one twin sized rollaway bed.
