Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach.
