This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. Welcome! We are allowed to take 4 guests and/plus 2 children. Or, 4 adults, or 2 adults with a few children. Nestled in Christmas Valley of South Lake Tahoe a cozy cabin with all the amenities. Warm gas fireplace with fully loaded kitchen. Hiking, biking and walking trails just minutes away. Bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom is downstairs. No parties, no events. Check in is 4:00 pm, as the housekeeper is trying to finish up.

Enjoy your own private studio, with private entrance on a quiet street surrounded by National Forest. The studio has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, lounge area with a gas fire place and kitchenette. We are surrounded by lots of great mountain bike/hiking trails, 15 minutes to the lake, and three ski resorts within a thirty minute drive. Perfect location for a fun stay.

Couples retreat in the mountains

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

(Coffee is provided) Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.
