Very responsive. The debris from the trees and ants kept falling in the pool. Soon as we sent a message the host had someone out immediately. The customer service was amazing. The house is in a great area and convenient to shopping, dining and the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Property matched description. Host was quick to respond to any questions/needs. Plenty of linens, towels, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was as advertised.

Amazing place! Thomas made us feel right at home as soon as we walked through the door, with a bottle of Prosecco and coffee to boot. Incredibly responsive and communicative as well, before, during, and after our stay. The pool is stunning, and the property is so peaceful/relaxing. If you’re a light sleeper like me, welcome to paradise. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling in the area. If seeing Taylor Swift wasn’t epic enough, Thomas just made our stay all the more enchanted.

Awesome house for our family get-together. Great layout, with lots of room and different places for separate groups throughout the property. The pool and outdoor seating areas were furnished nicely, with lots of room to spread out. Sonos system setup throughout the house was a nice plus, too. Definitely, a great stay if you have a big family or group.

Fantastic space and flexible, responsive and friendly host. This home was top notch, beautifully designed with high end features. Backyard was paradise, and I also very much enjoyed spending time in the front courtyard with the fountain as well. I highly recommend for larger parties that want a quiet, serene space and beach access isn’t a high priority. I wouldn’t think twice about booking this place.

Beautiful and very well taken care of space. All beds were comfy and everything including the pool was spotless. Neighborhood felt very safe. Great experience. Hope to be back!

Our stay here was beautiful and peaceful, great for the 2 kids we brought! the pool was perfect. Upon arriving the spa was not working properly and hosts instantly responded and came over quickly to fix, and it was a flawless rest of the trip! House/neighborhood is peaceful and matches pictures descriptions!! Would recommend for an easy and fun getaway!!

Great place to stay! The house is on a quiet street, a short walk to the beach. You don't need to worry about anything; the house has it all. Charmaine was amazing, checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a big plus! I 100% recommend this place for families with small kids!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and looking just like the pictures. WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

My stay was awesome I stayed here with 7 of my friends and it was more then enough room for everybody it’s looks exactly like the pictures if not better we had a great time I definitely will be staying here in the future
