Great location — you really can’t beat it! The space was clean, easily accessible, and the host was very responsive and flexible throughout my stay. I’d definitely book it again. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay, clean and looked like pictures, I was on the 27th floor it was very quiet.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

I stayed here for my birthday and I loved the all white aesthetic; it fit my birthday plans and ideal aesthetic. I loved the bay views I am huge on having a beautiful view and this spot did not disappoint. I was really happy with everything and would def stay here again. Thank you Rodney

Dans l'ensemble très beau condo, voici mes commentaires détaillés: Les pour: - la vue sur l'intercostal est spectaculaire; - le patio est génial; - la piscine est super, beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols; - il y a beaucoup d'articles de cuisine, papier de toilette, savon à linge, savon pour le lave-vaisselle; - l'épicerie Publix est à 5 minutes de marche, très pratique; - quartier et bloc très sécuritaire. Les contre: - l'arrivée doit se faire à une heure précise, pas d'arrivée autonome... vraiment pas pratique si vous avez un retard quelconque ou si vous devancez votre arrivée; - une seule clé régulière et à puce pour entrer dans le condo et circuler dans l'édifice, TRÈS déplaisant et restrictif quand on est 4 adultes avec des allés et venus différentes; - la propreté de certains articles de cuisine laissait à désirer; - le matelas de la chambre des maitres est de piètre qualité et tâché; - les lits de la chambre d'invités sont bons pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes.

This property is wonderful, and its owners are impressive hosts. We spent nearly a month at Wilton Waterfront and could not have been more pleased with our experience. The location, on a very attractive and quiet street gives easy access to beaches, all forms of shopping, great restaurants, coffee shops, and touring. One of our family members was an (air) commuter and made full use of easy access to FLL (20min), as well as the fully-equipped (desk, printer, etc.) office nook. As noted in previous reviews, the property is fully and completely furnished and equipped, with kitchen equipment for any form of meal preparation, down to flashlights, batteries, laundry supplies, and coffee. What we enjoyed most was fully opening the shades at the back of the house and starting every day with a 180° panorama of sun, sky, and water. At night, we enjoyed drinks on the lovely patio, watching the sun set, and the neighbors' landscape lights illuminate the evening. Thank you Heather (and John)!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The house was perfect! They had everything you needed and more. We loved fishing off the dock, grilling out, playing the yard games, relaxing in the tiki hut and swimming. We would recommend this house to anyone looking. Great location! Close to the beach, across the street from the grocery store and close to a lot of great restaurants. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Das Haus ist wirklich super. Sogar noch größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Lage am Miami River war schön. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt und konnten die Boote beobachten. Die Boote haben manchmal laute Musik und man hört auch die Flugzeuge vom MIA.

We enjoyed our stay overall at the house. It is decorated nicely and the AC worked great. It’s spacious and had what we needed for our stay. The standout is the backyard which was gorgeous. A few things to note - there is some general wear and tear, some of the floorboards are not coming up. We did find three roaches during our stay. It is Florida so I understand this happens but just fyi. There was not enough soap provided (a very small tube for 5 of us). Lastly, we took the air mattress out and it was filthy and there were no sheets provided for it. We ended up having to lay beach towels on it and then just decided not to use it.

This house was perfect for my bachelorette party! The location was great and there was more than enough space for 11 of us. We walked to the beach and to restaurants; when we did have to uber, the ride was never long. The house had everything we needed, including some beach chairs and coolers. Plenty of seating inside and out, the view of the water from the back of the house was really nice. The hosts were great and quick to respond, their check in/out instructions were clear and there was a book of suggestions for things to do in the area. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Para finalizar uma estadia de quase 1 mês pela Flórida, resolvemos passar os 4 últimos dias relaxando nessa excelente casa. Somos 4 famílias, 9 adultos e 6 crianças ao todo. A escolha não poderia ser mais acertada. A casa está toda estruturada de forma muito aconchegante e funcional, com excelente distribuição dos vários espaços, de forma a agradar a quem nela se hospeda. Está decorada com muito bom gosto e equipada com modernos e completos aparelhos. Além desses aspectos, nos hospedarmos às margens do lingo lago azul e transparente foi um grande diferencial. Nós e as crianças adoramos desfrutar dos banhos e dos equipamentos de sup e caiaque disponíveis. Outro fator positivo é a localização em um bairro residencial tranquilo, perto de muitas lojas, supermercados e restaurantes, próxima do aeroporto e não distante da agitação de Miami e das demais atrações. Por fim, todos os elogios e agradecimentos pela gentileza, cuidado e prontidão do excelente anfitrião Cristian. Nota 10 em tudo!

Thank you for hosting our 2025 Miami vacation. The house was beautiful and had every amenity we could ever need. Thank you for reaching out to ensure our first night was great and meet our expectations. Whomever comes to this house, it's worth every penny, hot tub and pool was a plus. Quite neighborhood and easy to hop on and off I95.

We had an incredible experience staying at the W Residences in Fort Lauderdale. The space was exactly as described — modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for beach access, dining, and nightlife. The host was responsive and made check-in effortless. The amenities felt truly high-end — just like staying at a luxury hotel, but with the added comfort and privacy of a home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I stayed here during my business trip and it was simply an amazing apartment with all the necessary amenities, nearby restaurants and convenience store, and the marina view was spectacular. The host was also very responsive. I will definitely stay here again if I have an event or business meeting in the Miami area. This place exceeded my expectations.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Great stay! She communicated so well and answered all of my questions- while being very flexible. Perfect location and a comfy king sized bed! Would definitely come back!
