Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Midden Limburg

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

We were there for three couples and three children, it was ideal. The garden is great, the house super equipped. Just a pity that you live directly on a large street and you can hear traffic quite heavily in the garden. However, the house is well insulated and you hardly hear anything from each other or from outside when the windows are closed.

Our stay at this Airbnb was very pleasant. The location was ideal, close to attractions and amenities, and the host was friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. The accommodation was tidy, very well equipped and comfortable, with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. All in all a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely recommend this Airbnb

Very neat and very nice property. We were here with 3 couples for hiking and cycling. The house was spotless and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Everything is here to make a pleasant and fun weekend. There are 3 bedrooms that are definitely ample for a weekend or midweek. In the hallway upstairs there is even room for clothes to store. The small things have also been thought of, such as clothes pegs, paper towels or tablets for the dishwasher. The house is located in a beautiful walking and cycling zone, close to several junctions. The garage is spacious and can be used to store several bicycles and recharge batteries. At the back of the house is a freight track. Despite this being one of the busiest in Belgium, we have hardly been bothered by this. The view of the railway bridge (Arcaden) is beautiful. Claire responded immediately to questions and gave tips when we asked for them. Perfect hostess !

We loved our stay at Marie Paule's place. A very hospitable woman, who was also very sweet to our children. Our 2-year-old son worked with her in the garden for an afternoon. The cottage is very suitable for a family. Well equipped, nice bedrooms and the garden- which is huge- is very nice for hiking or for a picnic. The location in relation to Aubel with all nice shops, a very cozy market on Tuesday and on Saturday and the adbij of Val-Dieu is very convenient. In short: really good value for the money. I can recommend this place with peace of mind!

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

The stay went very well in this beautiful house. The place is relaxing and peaceful. The spaces allow you to live quietly as a group. The amenities are nice. All very well.

We had a great time in Aachen! The place is spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is planned for optimal comfort, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal: close to the city center, with easy access to the main attractions of Aachen, while being in a quiet environment that guarantees restful nights. Sophia was very welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions and make sure our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back on a future visit to Aachen! 😊

Really great appartment! Well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace, great shower & hairdryer, we had everything we needed. Tall people, watch your heads near the sofa ;)

A super Apartment and a very friendly host. Everything was very school and it smelled nice everywhere. Rituals products were very nice, as were the bathrobes (a little too small:) and the kitchen items. Nice jacuzzi and sauna (although I would have preferred it in the large bedroom and for 2 people we would have been more cozy). Bottle of bubbles on arrival was very thoughtful. The sofa is very nice and there were candles everywhere so it was very cozy in the evening.

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish and high quality furnished apartment in Liège. Everything was very clean and tidy, the check in and check out went completely contactless and smooth. Communication with the hosts was always friendly and fast. We particularly liked the beautiful balcony with magnificent evening sun in May and the idyllic backyard with two windows and a sunny place in the morning – perfect for breakfast. As a welcome gift, a nice little attention awaited us. The beds are very comfortable, and the location is ideal: you are in the center of the city in minutes, and right outside the front door is a boat dock for the hop-on hop-off tours. A completely successful stay – highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we (two adults, two children) were only passing through Liège for one night. But the apartment is really great! Decorated with beautiful style and yet modern. The location is also good: on foot you are right in the city center and at the restaurants, the car can be parked in the modern parking garage "Parking Carré - Jonfosse" just 200 m away at a moderate price. So we highly recommend the place!

The apartment is in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the bus station. Lots to see and do for everyone. Nice and quiet and a very short walk to the hustle and bustle.

It was a great stay! It is very nice, cozy and quiet. Hiking trails right behind the house, but also very close to the nearest shop. A pillow and treats were even provided for our dog. We will definitely love to come back!

The apartment is enchantingly furnished, everything was available and clean. The balcony is quietly out the back and you can enjoy the sun there. Downtown Maastricht was very easy to reach on foot and the hostess was very accommodating and friendly.

It was a beautiful place to stay, thanks! I still can't get over how beautiful the art and the renovation pieces are. The location by the river is lovely too, and so easy to get into town on the bikes you kindly share. The kitchen is well-provided for. We would come back very happily. The bakery in the village just across the border into Belgium made for a very tasty breakfast one day- my son was quite excited to think we were walking across a border and back in such a short distance :)

Great stay! Very neat apartment with all amenities such as home. Very sweet, attentive and helpful hostess. Ann is very hospitable and will make sure you have a flawless trip. Very nice garden and sitting area to stay in in good weather. Very convenient for us was the secure bicycle shed with possibility to charge electric bicycles. Ann gives you a lot of tips for nice restaurants, bars and activities nearby. So much we definitely have to come back to finish our list:). Ann is also very accessible. She will contact you yourself when your stay arrives and is very prompt and correct in replying to messages. The bnb is ideally located between Genk, Hasselt and Maastricht. The ideal base for visiting the cities and very close to junctions so you are quickly on the most beautiful cycling routes. In short, we had a wonderful stay there. I would recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back here.

Beautiful apartment with all the comforts. With nice weather, private terrace and privacy! Hosts are really nice and helpful. Just a stone's throw away, you are in the woods and the hilly landscape.
