Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place, which got this curious name "Pé de Caju" from one of our 4-year-old sons, Joaquim. House located one block from the Jabaquara beach waterfront, inside the Paraty Internacional Condominium. Integrated environments: fully equipped kitchen in open concept with living room, gourmet space, poolside barbecue with hydro and shower. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite.

The house is located in the Bom Retiro lowlands, 400 meters from BR 101, very close to the city center (5-minute drive by BR) The neighborhood is very quiet, with peaceful neighbors, most of whom live in Paraty, and some vacation homes.
