We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where you can enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande, we have a market, fishmonger, and local fishermen, so you don't need to go downtown for basic shopping.

We have a huge backyard (great for your pet), an electronic gate and a garage for 2 cars, as well as a swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven. The house has: 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, all with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, clothes rack, Living room with ceiling fan and mezzanine. A social bathroom, kitchen, balcony, laundry, gourmet space with barbecue and bathroom. We leave toilet paper, soap and detergent, but we do not replace them. Kitchen with all utensils, plus a super nice pool and garden view. We offer complete bedding and bath towels (all sanitized for each customer). We look forward to your visit.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place, which got this curious name "Pé de Caju" from one of our 4-year-old sons, Joaquim. House located one block from the Jabaquara beach waterfront, inside the Paraty Internacional Condominium. Integrated environments: fully equipped kitchen in open concept with living room, gourmet space, poolside barbecue with hydro and shower. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite.

The house is located in the Bom Retiro lowlands, 400 meters from BR 101, very close to the city center (5-minute drive by BR) The neighborhood is very quiet, with peaceful neighbors, most of whom live in Paraty, and some vacation homes. We have three en-suites, two with a king-size bed, and one with 1 king-size bed and a double bed, in the living room a king-size sofa bed, totaling 10 people maximum to stay. Well-ventilated house.
