Great house on Jabaquara beach with a pool.

House 04 is in a Condominium with 04 houses (Recanto do Jabaquara). This is the only house in the Condominium, which has an exclusive swimming pool and a second gate, making it even more independent. We offer bed and bath linens. We leave toilet paper and detergent in the property, but do not replace them. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, closets with hangers, mirrors and blackout curtains. Living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, space for 1 car in the garage, gourmet space with barbecue and shower.

Our house is fantastic with a spectacular sea view. Ideal for people seeking tranquility, nature, beautiful landscapes, beaches and at the same time wishing the convenience of being close to downtown Paraty. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Spacious, very comfortable and charming house. It is 800 meters from the Historic Center. With maid service Monday-Friday, business days. Living room with fireplace, cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, 2 sinks, table and support benches, complete utensils. We have a huge backyard (great for your pet), an electronic gate and a garage for 2 cars, as well as a swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven.
