This luxurious, modern, and spacious brand new walkout basement/duplex unit has large windows allow ample sunlight, providing stunning views of the walking trail, pond, ravine, and the quiet neighborhood. The backyard is an oasis with an all-season swim spa, offering a unique experience without neighboring properties. Guests can use the swim spa even during a snowy day as it is fully covered! There is time restrictions for using the spa (5 pm to 8pm). However, we will accommodate requests.

This is the main floor unit (in-law suite) of a house with a private beach in a quiet neighbourhood. There is one big bedroom with a queen-sized bed and your own private bathroom which has a bathtub. We are close to Erie Rest beach. Main beach is 10-min stroll away and the village of Port Stanley is about a 20-minute walk. Our family live upstairs.
