The property spans 14 acres, providing plenty of outdoor space and versatility, as Whitney Ridge LLC occasionally uses the land for turning out horses. NOTES: 1) To access the loft there are a set of stairs which are steeper than normal set of stairs. Extra care must be used when using these stairs. Using the hand rail is reccomened. 2) Handicap access is NOT available.
