Vacation rentals in Mineral Lake

We stayed as a group of two families - 4 adults and 5 kids. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog with us. It rained almost our entire stay, so we weren’t able to do as many Outdoor activities as planned, but it meant we were able to really use all the activities provided in the bunkhouse - puzzle, board games, video games, etc. There is a market, a brewery and a coffee shop all within blocks, so it was super easy to pick up any supplies we forgot. The house is a little dark, we found ourselves wishing for a little more light. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. We did end up purchasing more paper towels and some ziplocks. The double oven was very helpful. Some larger sheet pans would have helped to be able to cook for such a large group, but we just did things in batches. Overall we highly recommend this place and hope to return someday.

This house is fabulous for a group or family. It is spacious and well appointed. Its so comfortable! This was our second time renting this house for our Mt Ranier winter getaway for snowshoeing.

This cottage was clean, safe, and just as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc and there was also a vacuum and mop for any spills. It was such a relief to be in a pet friendly space where my dog had the option to go out in a fenced yard (small, but still great). The neighborhood was calm and quiet and only ~20 mins from Olympia and ~50 mins from Tacoma. Thank you for a great stay, Shannon!

Our stay at the Elkhorn Wapiti Chalet was absolutely incredible! The cabin is even more beautiful in person; spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect: peaceful, private, and just a short walk to downtown Packwood. Brian was an outstanding host; super friendly, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. You can tell he really cares about creating a memorable experience for his guests. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy, luxurious escape in the heart of Washington’s mountains. Thank you, Brian, for such an amazing stay!

Patt’s place was wonderful, and such a cozy home to return to after hiking! The little notes around the home were super clear- easy check-in, huge comfy bed, easy check out. The heaters totally warmed us up after freezing winter hikes. We loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ashford or Ranier. Minutes away from the park entrance, and such a serene, private cabin!

Such a charming home! We loved it! Traveled with three small kids who loved kayaking, fishing, throwing rocks in the water, running down the big hill to the water, the books in the kids reading nook and exploring the local parks/beaches. It’s very quiet, no road noise. Amazing view of mt. Rainer on a clear day and expansive views from almost all rooms. It’s an old house from the 1930s with a lot of the original old house charm but modern amenities have been updated to make it comfortable. Cathy was very kind and responsive. Thank you!

This is a beautiful place! The area is peaceful and well maintained. It was cozy and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Nicole did a wonderful job stocking the basics ++. Loved the restaurant recommendations. Ate breakfast in Mossy Rock and had a family dinner at The Great China Wall. Excellent 4 night stay!

We stayed here a couple years ago for a ski trip, and loved it so much we came back. Perfect location for easy access to White Pass. Everything was very clean and in good working order. Bob was a great host, and we had a great stay!

This place worked out awesome for our large group! It was great to have the 3 separate houses for our family to spread out. We had a great experience, thank you!
