There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The house consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two double bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms (one en-suite), equipped with shower cubicle and Jacuzzi. In addition it is possible to use a sofa bed in a living room, which can easily be a private room thanks to the door closing. To reach the house you have to walk 130 steps which are not very tiring.
