The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Our house is located directly on the Amtswerder peninsula in the Feldberg district, not far from the large and small Haussee. Our apartment building was completed in July 2019. The apartment "Carwitzer See" has been classified as 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.
