We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden.
