It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. Our large apartment with magnificent Elbe views is centrally located on the Elbe. The view goes towards the old town and its sights. But it is on the Neustadt side and so it is only a few minutes' walk to the lively colorful Neustadt with cafes, bars and dance venues, but just as quickly you are in the Baroque quarter with restaurants, museums and shopping centers. You will surely feel comfortable in our large rooms with full kitchen and billiard room. Super suitable for families.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
