“I had a convenient and comfortable stay with Ana and Marlon for just under two weeks. The fast, reliable Wi-Fi, secure gated community, and clean facilities made it a great experience. The room was bright and modern, with a dedicated workspace that was a bonus. Shops, restaurants, and a supermarket were only a short walk away. Note: the journey to the airport took over an hour at 9 am, so be sure to allow plenty of time if flying but traffic is the same all over the city. Would definitely book again. Everything is perfect, good place, the building has a gym which for people like me that is a plus, I would definitely use it again.

The apartment is a very cozy space, with warm decoration and comfortable furniture that made our stay really enjoyable. Everything was orderly, which made our comfort very easy during the visit. Also, the location is ideal: in a quiet area but with easy access to restaurants and supermarket, which allowed us to move around with ease. Julio was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive, willing to answer our questions and make us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend this place especially for families looking for a quiet atmosphere and a close treatment. I would definitely come and stay here again!

Enchanted by the apt in Elemento building and its amenities. There is a convenience store for snack beverages , a Cafe , sorbeteria , a Koreano restaurant and a typical food shop on the first level of the building . Metrobus station is within walking distance. A nice and spacious park for running in front of the building, there are fruit sales and minutes to cool off. The terrace is fantastic in decoration , views to the mountains . I loved the gym equipped with the basics. 10 minute drive from zone 10 . Everything in perfect condition.

It is a clean, cozy place with a pleasant smell, with an excellent view and excellent location there are super markets nearby and Barrio shops. The host goes over to the guests to see if they feel comfortable or need something, the pool area is very clean. And the most important thing is that the apartment has a view for the recreational area of the children. It is worth mentioning that the terrace area has an incredible view of a large part of the city.

Really the best host I've ever had, she resolved the trip with each of her recommendations and suggestions 1000% recommendations given and I will certainly look for one of their accommodations when returning to Guate
