An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can cycle, go on mountain hikes right out of the farm, rustle in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.

With canoe you can visit several islands in the sea. Free loan of Canoe. The cabin is only a 1 hour drive from Gardermoen airport. In the winter, it is possible to drowning on the sea or go cross-country skiing on great trail networks at Trondsbu (18 km, must have a car) 550 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL. The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). Welcome to the cozy Veslestua from about 1800 on our patio. Beautifully situated with a view to Mjøsa, Norway's largest lake. Good bus and train connections. The house is an old log house that invites you to cosy and cosy. Low under the roof and with painted panel inside. Comfortable windows in all rooms. In the kitchen you will find everything you need of tools to prepare a meal, dishes, bowls and dishes, and a rich drawers with cutlery and tools. Kitchen towels and cloths are provided .

Villa Leonore: Cottage with beachfront on Helgøya

For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for Tram Director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A cozy garden leads down to its own beach at Mjøsa. Lovely perennial bed and a private kitchen garden to prepare in. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and cook delicious local and organic food, with the farm and area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities at Helgøya, for walking, running and biking.

Close this cozy cottage for your holliday and you’ll get a fantastic wiev of the lake Randsfjorden. You’ll also get accsess to borrow a kayak and boat. From the cabin to the private beach it’s ca 6-700 m. You can walk or go by car and park at the road or at the beach. You can also go for a swim on the other side of the road below the cabin. Minimum reservation October-April = one week. Rest = min two nights.
