Our accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a house from 1907. The guests have the bedroom-dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom to themselves. All rooms are lockable. In the upper apartment there are 2 other rooms that are used sporadically by the landlords but are located on the other side of the rented area. From the kitchen you have a magnificent view of the garden and can eat there at a high table. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is bright and modern.

The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

The studio apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building directly above the Schwafheim steak house. Although the house is located on a street with through traffic, you are a few steps away in the countryside between fields and meadows. The Toepper See recreational area is within walking distance. The A40, A42 and A57 highways are a few minutes drive away. Daily shopping can be done in the supermarket across the street.
